Helping women take on leadership roles has been an ongoing focus of Ameera. Equality for all is something we like to believe we have now in our changing world, but women continue to face an uphill battle when it comes to the workforce, political representation, education and experiences of violence. We must globally understand parity through one consciousness, one language to sustain change and become agents of change. As such, Ameera launched CMFG Women Investment Program where she invests part of her profit earnings into new start-up companies for women and volunteering her time in mentorship to help them become successful so they too can pass it on.

Ameera is also a social service worker, philanthropist, and a strong advocate for human rights. She is the founder of The Homeless & Orphan Foundation of Canada, HCS Innovative Healthcare Services Inc., and a committed supporter of many organizations. Her purpose in life is to be the voice for those that are vulnerable, empowering women to take on leadership roles, provide childcare to orphaned children from nurturing to education, building affordable housing, educating women and youths about financial literacy, eradicate elder abuse and human trafficking. Ameera continues to volunteer her time working with victims of sex trafficking, sexual and physical abuse, the homeless, the elderly, and individual’s living with addiction and mental illnesses.

This extraordinary woman is not only a business entrepreneur but a leader who has demonstrated compassion and care through her involvement in changing lives and contribution to humanity on a global level. She is a champion in her field and developed a team with the same attributes that transcend in their work environment.
