Queen Amina, a multi award winning international event planner and online talk show host. Holding a degree in public relations has enabled her to work as an event planner and sales rep. On several events over the years i.e Black history month “AS I AM”, The Annual Vigor Unsung Heroes Awards International ceremony just to name a few. As president and founder of the Vigor Unsung Heroes Awards International, a non-profit organization, she strives to empower, encourage and celebrate people who are making a difference around the world through their various volunteer and humanitarian works. Queen is without a doubt a humanitarian worker and a Philanthropist.
Coming from very humble beginnings, Queen Amina believes strongly in giving back and getting involved in her community. Following a personal incident in her life, Queen has been working hard to find a way to recognize and encourage people whose voices may never be heard but are doing amazing works in our society. She has been working closely with different organizations worldwide, leaders in the cities of Canada where she has resided, as well as with leaders in Africa to help promote Volunteering/Humanitarian works and to eradicate hunger by raising funds for Charities through the Vigor Awards Platform of the years. A yearly celebrations of the unsung heroes in our society, that attracts dignitaries from all over to world.
Since portraying a young abused woman in the award winning film, XYZA, Queen has utilized her celebrity platform to travel throughout the United States, Canada and Africa for public speaking engagements and educating University and High School students on the importance of the inner strength that lies within each person to do and become that which they desire to do or become.
She has teamed up with several community leaders and activists raising awareness in promoting self-esteem, especially among women by volunteering at education centers as well as working with several non-profit organizations tackling different issues around the globe. Queen also believes that no family should go hungry. This prompted her to start a not for profit food bank in her home country to feed the poor.
She has also worked tirelessly empowering young adult women and girls, helping to raise money for families in need.
Queen has received several movie nominations and rave reviews worldwide. The international award winning actress has also been features in several films and TV series such as “Till you’re Sixteen”, and movies such as Treacherous Heart, Entrapped, Lost in an Island, Professor Dicks, The Web and Xyza to name a few. A rising actress and a beacon of light in the fast growing Nigeria Canadian film industry;
